Right to Know/Open Records

REQUEST FOR INSPECTION AND/OR DUPLICATION OF PUBLIC RECORDS

Requests for inspection and/or duplication of public records shall be made to the Township Administrator/AORO Loren Miller (The Township phone number is 717.626.4302.) Requests may be made in person at the Township office at 423 South View Drive, Lititz, Pennsylvania, during normal business hours (Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm and Fridays from 8am to 12pm); by mail to 423 South View Drive, Lititz, PA 17543; or email to loren.miller@elizabethtownship.net.

The Township is not required to and will not compile lists, prepare summaries, or create documents that do not exist. The Township will provide access to and duplication of existing Township records which are public records under the Right to Know Law. Please verify before calling that you are contacting the correct Township (there are several municipalities in Pennsylvania that have “Elizabeth” in their name) AND that the items requested would reasonably be expected to be at a Township versus the County, the Commonwealth, or at the federal level…otherwise, your request will simply be denied.
